Die Idee zu diesen Aufnahmen entstand spontan während einer Finnland-Tournee. Ähnlich wie die Kopenhagener Einspielungen von Murphy & Sonny Boy Williamson dreißig Jahre zuvor besitzen diese Titel das gewisse Etwas, einen unbeschreiblichen Charme. Höchst empfehlenswert!

Issued for the first time. These recordings were made in the north of Finland during a long winter day. The father and son duo, all acoustic and relaxed. The idea behind these takes was born spontaneously during a Scandinavian tour with their electric band. Like Sonny Boy Williamson's 'Storyville' sides from the early '1960s (w /Matt Murphy) this album has captured that certain something, charming moments that are very rare on record.
