Mit viel Humor liefert uns Forsyth ein Programm aus Klassikern, die er ureigenst interpretiert, und eigenen Songs, die entweder genussvoll shufflen oder an die tiefgründigen Songs des Tom Waits erinnern. Slidegitarrenmässig und harptechnisch schlechthin: klasse! Das Warten hat sich gelohnt. Schönes Booklet mit viel "Biss". Absolut zu empfehlen!

wow! The blues scene got sad when he disappeared to join the Asylum Spankers. His come-back album is just outstanding! Aggressive, traditional and innovative at the same time. His lyrics are full of humor and cynicism. The music's never sounding dull or over-produced. Through a program of classics played in his own style, and originals you won't find a boring minute. His originals almost possess the depth of a Tom Waits tune. His slide guitar and harp are superb. Very highly recommended!
