One of the ten best blues albums of all times, augmented by a 16-page booklet, eight never-before-issued photos from the historic 'Hoodoo Man Blues' recording session, the original liner notes, the early '70s addendum to the liner notes, producer and label owner Bob Koester's new comments, original LP cover design and more, plus several unreleased alternate versions and studio chatter. - This was the first LP studio recording session by a Chicago Blues Band. There had been LPs before, but those had been compiled from previously released 45s. In the studio, Junior and his band with guitar ace Buddy Guy produced one of the best urban blues albums of all times. The recording quality is awesome, as is the performance. - Digipak.
