Payment and shipping
We are accepting the following methods of payment:
1. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, jcb)
2. Advance payment by Euro bank transfer (EEC Europe only)
3. Bank draft in Euros drawn on a German bank
4. Orders are usually dispatched by post from our warehouse within 48 hours of receipt. Orders for special titles from abroad may take 2 - 4 weeks. We attempt to keep every item in our catalog in stock, but we are not responsible for the unavailability of goods. We retain the right to restrict quantities.
