(2009 'Rip Bang Records') (40:28/10) Die Nighthawks mit einem (nahezu) akustischen Album. Für die Altrocker aus Washington D.C. ein mächtiger Schritt zurück in die Geschichte, was sich im konservativen Repertoire widerspiegelt. Allerdings spielen sie das alte Zeugs mit derart großer Inbrunst, Überzeugung und Leidenschaft, dass es nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu meckern gibt. Mir gefällt's.

The Nighthawks with an (almost) acoustic set of classic blues. A major step back into the history of the blues for Washington, D.C.'s hard rockers. I'm impressed.
