Mit seiner markanten und ausdrucksstarken Stimme prägt er jeden einzelnen Song (einige Originale und handverlesene Blues- und R&B-Nummern). Seine Art, Gitarre zu spielen, bewegt und erfüllt seine Blues mit Leben. Hinzu kommen die gepflegte Produktion des Duke mit 'fetten' Bläsern und einige I-Tüpfelchen von den besonderen Gästen.
