ABBOTT RECORDS and FABOR ROBISON
It is difficult to discuss the history of Abbott Records without mentioning its
owner, Fabor Allen Robison (oft times misspelt ‘Robinson’), country singer Johnny
Horton and of course Jim Reeves. The music and careers of the latter two show
interesting similarities. Colin Escott’s excellent liner notes that accompany Bear
