Get Skintight von 1999 war das dritte Album der Donnas in drei Jahren, aber mit solchen Knallern wie "I Didn't Like You Anyway", "You Don't Wanna Call" und "Hyperactive" zeigen die Mädels keine Anzeichen von Songwriting-Müdigkeit. Die Produktion von Steve und Jeff McDonald von Redd Kross verleiht den Songs ein wenig Biss, aber sie zeigen bereits ihre Zähne - die Möchtegern-Freunde-Schimpftiraden sind ebenso heftig ("A Boston baked bean is the size of your head/I heard you even wet your bed") wie witzig, und die Libido ist, ähm, angriffslustig. Es gibt auch ein Mötley Crüe-Cover ("Too Fast for Love"), aber die Songs von The Donnas sind besser.
