(BAB Records) 12 tracks - featuring The Autumns, The Infernos

Finally . . . an album that adds to, as opposed to takes from, the great Doo-Wop music of the 50's and 60's. What we have retained is: the close harmony, the great lead singer, the true bass singer, a solid rhythm section, and of course .. . the feeling. What we have added is: the studio technology of the 1980's, the fresh new melodies and lyrics of songwriter-producer Eddie Brian, class productions including the full stereophonic imagery of the North Jersey Orchestra, and last but not least, two of the most talented vocal groups in Doo-Wop music today, the Autumns and the Infernos. The Autumns are highlighted by the outstand-ing lead vocal of Dickie Harmon on "Thank You Pretty Lady", the inimitable performance of Joel Katz on "A 1950's Love Song", and the nostalgia created by Maria singing "Goodbye Angel Baby". As for the Infernos, they will dazzle you with their tight and intricate harmonies, surely an oasis in today's market. It's rock n' roll . . . . it's rhythm n' blues . . . . it's pure . . . . it's real . . . . it's the sound of the city and it's rooted in America!
